FAM Camp
Got visitors arriving in an RV? Lackland has a FamCamp located on Foster Street behind the Fisher House. RV customers can take advantage of our laundro mat, cable television, and WiFi. Visit the us in Building 2804 or give us a call at 249-1562.
Adopt a Park Program
The Adopt a Park
Program is designed to keep the base parks clean and safe. Any group
of people can adopt a park. The program requires cleaning of the parks
a few times a year. Groups may want to perform minor maintenance as
well as add landscaping. Another function of the group is to participate
in the Park Watch Program to help keep parks safe and reduce vandalism.

or parks they adopt.
Boat/RV Parts
& Accessories & Private Boat Repair
Lackland Outdoor Adventure
Center is now ordering boat parts, RV parts, and accessories at below
retail cost. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for every order
and is applied to the purchase price. Private boat repair is $35/hour plus cost of parts. Contact the Lackland Outdoor Adventure

Pavilion Reservations
Lackland Outdoor Adventure
Center Equipment Checkout, in Bldg.871 will take pavilion reservations
for 2006. Customers must fill out a reservation form in person. Payment
is due no later than five days before the function. Pavilions are available
at Lion, Stillman, Stapleton, and Upson parks - call 925-5532 or 5533 for details/reservations. The pavilion at the Lackland Training
Annex (next to the swimming pool) can be contacted by calling 925-5532 or 5533.

Must have valid military/DoD ID card stationed at Lackland AFB or retired military in local area to use lot.
Temporary Storage
If you have an oversized recreation vehicle ie; boat, camper, trailer, please register at the FamCamp 671-5179. Cost is $3.00 per day per vehicle.
Hunting and Fishing Licenses for Sale
Recreational hunting and fishing licenses and stamp endorsements are available at Lackland Outdoor Adventure Center. A valid fishing license with freshwater or saltwater stamp is required to take fish, mussels, clams, crayfish or other aquatic life in the public waters of Texas. A hunting license is required of any person, regardless of age, who hunts any animal, bird, frog or turtle in the state of Texas.

24 hours a day/7 days a week
Authorized personnel include all active duty military, retired military personnel and their families, and DoD civilians with legal title to the item offered for resale. This authorization excludes all dealers and commercial operations. Individuals must register their vehicle at Outdoor Recreation (Bldg 871) on Westover Street. The owner must provide proof of ownership by providing a permanent title and/or registration, a current base registration, current license plate, and proof of insurance. The cost is $7 for 15 days.
Boat & Camper Rentals
Come rent one of our new fleet of campers - 11 available. Check out our pricelist for photos and rates. We also have 10 boats available for rent - choose from ski, pontoon and fishing boats.
Bicycles
for Rent
We now have bicycles for rent. The bicycle
comes with a helmet, safety vest, and a night light (batteries included).
The rental fee is: $5 daily
